Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising.
  • •Concept and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives.
  • •Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across all motion outputs; troubleshoot animation, rendering, or VFX issues.
  • •Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion-driven content and present concepts to stakeholders.
  • •Oversee motion production from concept to delivery; develop reusable templates/motion design systems and mentor junior motion designers.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.
  • •Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender a plus).
  • •Strong storytelling, timing, and visual composition skills.
  • •Portfolio/showreel showcasing advanced motion design and animation work.
