Job Summary

Senior Forward Deployed Engineer at Adyen drives end-to-end AI and automation initiatives to improve internal productivity tooling. Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions and ensure successful deployment with measurable business impact.
•Architect and implement solutions that reduce manual work in key business workflows and accelerate team productivity.
•Develop long-term, high-quality documentation and runbooks, handing ownership back to the responsible function after completion.
•Identify recurring stakeholder issues and feed them back into the Business Enablements Tooling roadmap.
•Automate complex internal processes using AI tooling (e.g., automated support agents, intelligent documentation retrieval, contract review automations) and ensure robust system reliability.

Key Requirements

•Expert in Software Engineering with strong automation skills and the ability to build, troubleshoot, and scale scripts and tools independently.
•Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and applied ML workflows with hands-on experience integrating third-party AI models (e.g., Gemini) and using agentic orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Google ADK).
•Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially Vertex AI, and deploying to on-premise infrastructure such as Kubernetes, Postgres, Redis, etc.
•Proven track record in rolling out and maintaining integrations across enterprise applications (Slack Enterprise Grid, Zoom, Atlassian suite).
•Ability to translate non-technical issues into technical requirements, navigate stakeholder conversations, and create high-quality documentation.
