Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the communications strategy for S&P Global Energy within the APAC region aligned with divisional and corporate objectives.
  • •Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to craft compelling narratives and communicate key strategic initiatives and innovations.
  • •Draft and distribute external content, including press releases, statements, media advisories, pitch materials, and bylined articles.
  • •Ensure all communications align with S&P Global's corporate values, vision, and strategic goals, as well as communications practice and guidelines.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, top-tier global media, industry analysts, and key journalists across the APAC region.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in external communications, media relations, or public relations, preferably in financial services, energy, data analytics, or technology; familiarity with financial and commodities markets is a plus.
  • •Experience developing and executing PR strategies across APAC markets with the ability to identify high-value opportunities.
  • •Experience in drafting and managing communications materials for both internal and external audiences with clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
  • •Proven ability to build relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, media outlets, and industry influencers, and to take ownership and drive actions forward.
  • •Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
