Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor master and transactional data replication interfaces between SAP ECC and CFIN systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • •Handle IDOC and AIF errors related to customer, vendor, material, WBS, and transactional data, ensuring timely resolution.
  • •Conduct monthly data inconsistency checks and identify mismatches between source and target systems.
  • •Work closely with master data teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams to resolve issues and ensure process continuity.
  • •Maintain SOPs, suggest permanent fixes for recurring issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Experience in handling customer, vendor, or material master data in SAP environments.
  • •Strong ability to analyze data, identify issues, and provide effective solutions.
  • •Experience with data validation, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders effectively.
