Support the Wholesale Banking Line of Business by partnering with clients and internal teams to originate and service wholesale loan and deposit accounts. Manage daily client requests, execute BSA/AML and regulatory processes, open and maintain deposit accounts, and perform due diligence for loan documentation and closings. Serve as a subject matter expert on treasury management and specialized loans, while mentoring junior relationship specialists and assisting with CRM data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage daily incoming client requests and inquiries, performing research and resolving complaints per bank policies.
•Execute federal and state regulatory requirements, including BSA/AML, and ensure discretion and confidentiality of proprietary information.
•Open, service, and maintain wholesale deposit accounts; monitor non-sufficient funds and unposted transaction reports to process timely postings.
•Support loan closings and funding/boarding by requesting documents, coordinating internal/external closing parties, and preparing loan packages for imaging and retention.
•Serve as a subject matter expert for treasury management and specialized loans, assist with exceptions/reporting, and mentor junior relationship specialists.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
•Seven plus years of wholesale or consumer banking or industry related experience required.
•Three plus years of commercial loan and deposit experience required.
•Expert proficiency in reading and interpreting Title Policies and understanding Real Estate Collateral.
•Experience with BSA/AML compliance, including customer identification, due diligence, and beneficial ownership documentation.
