Lead end-to-end apparel product costing across a global sourcing portfolio, ensuring FOB validation, accurate forecasting, and alignment to brand margin targets. Own global costing governance and standards execution across regions, driving transparency and accountability. Manage and coach Senior Costing Engineers in key sourcing countries, partner with Finance, PSE, and Brand to optimize margins through cost engineering and vendor negotiations, and deliver milestone reporting and actionable insights.
