Key Responsibilities

•Provide rich synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students.
•Personalize learning and differentiate instruction based on student mastery.
•Augment course content using appropriate synchronous and asynchronous tools under guidance from a principal and coach.
•Maintain grade books, make placement/promotion decisions, and alert administrators to student performance and progress concerns.
•Establish and maintain positive rapport with families and regularly communicate with students and learning coaches/parents; travel occasionally for testing and professional development.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21 hourly

Key Requirements

•Be able to clear a required background check.
•Ability to work independently and maintain a professional home office without distraction during the workday.
•Ability to collaboratively interpret and produce numeric, tabular, and graphic representations of student data to guide instructional decisions.
•Be receptive to receiving regular coaching from administrators and teacher trainers.
•Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
