Key Responsibilities

  • •Own regional operational and supply chain standards, including 5S, standard work audits, daily tier meetings, Kaizen, SMED, TPM, and OEE loss analysis.
  • •Build capability through a centralized training engine, including Lean Six Sigma belt certification pathways and digital literacy pathways, scaled via train-the-trainer.
  • •Lead yearly strategy deployment and governance (AOP, breakthrough targets, catchball alignment) to ensure cross-functional functional alignment.
  • •Drive ELS 4.0 innovation: AI-driven predictive models, shopfloor IoT integration into IT systems, and regional control tower live dashboards.
  • •Serve as hub-and-spoke amplifier for site innovations, capturing gemba learnings and deploying validated best practices into the gold-standard playbook; lead the central team culture and performance expectations.

Salary: EUR 116,340 - 186,144 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience leading Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement functions on a regional or global scale.
  • •Proven implementation experience with Industry 4.0 solutions (IoT, predictive maintenance, AI, or digital twins) in manufacturing.
  • •Ability to design, document, and scale operational systems and standards from scratch.
  • •Expertise in Hoshin Kanri / strategic deployment to align stakeholders from shopfloor to C-suite.
