Ocean Freight Specialist

Own day-to-day ocean freight forwarding operations for a regional organization, including managing file creation and related logistics services. Partner with sales for account start-up documentation, audit and ensure compliance of estimates and timely invoicing, and support clients with export/import documentation and sailing details. Coordinate with ocean lines, DP World networks, and partner agents, and respond quickly to emergencies while collaborating with operations teams.
