Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver independent internal control assurance by assessing compliance with policies and procedures, effectiveness of management systems, and business risk management.
  • •Independently source, extract, cleanse, and analyze data from ERP, POS, and other systems to develop key risk indicators, exception reports, and continuous monitoring routines.
  • •Plan and execute audit engagements, including kick-off meetings, RFI development, scope confirmation, process understanding sessions, and preparation of audit programs.
  • •Create and manage audit deliverables including risk and control evaluation materials, draft/final internal audit reports, and working papers.
  • •Present findings to stakeholders, gather responses and action plans, and perform follow-up waves to update audit action status.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 7 years of experience in internal audit.
  • •At least 2 years of internal audit experience in retail or with big four firms with retail client exposure.
  • •Hands-on experience extracting and analyzing data, including use of data analytics tools such as Power BI.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting and Finance.
  • •Completed at least the 1st part for the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification or actively pursuing CIA.
