Key Responsibilities

•Provide IT technical support to employees in-person and remotely.
•Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, supporting our Mac endpoint deployment.
•Provide In-office AV support managing conference room equipment and supporting live events.
•This position will require being in the office up to 5 days per week (with occasional travel to other office locations).
•While you are working a standard work shift, you will be supporting other remote offices in different time zones during your shift.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 75,000 - 80,000 annually
