Packaging Machine Operator - 3rd Shift

Operate snack packaging machinery safely and efficiently to ensure continuous production. Maintain shift documentation, read and follow the production schedule (including interpreting it in MicroStrategy), and manage packaging materials and roll stock. Set up and run bag makers, perform machine programming and micro logic updates, monitor product quality and weight control, and troubleshoot/changeover equipment while completing preventative maintenance, sanitation, and safety procedures.
