Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform complex BIM and Plant Data-Centric modeling using digital platforms including Revit, Intergraph SmartPlant, Plant 3D, and other industry software.
  • •Develop, manage, and maintain accurate BIM models for MEP systems throughout project lifecycles.
  • •Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless MEP integration.
  • •Conduct clash detection, analysis, and resolution to eliminate design conflicts between disciplines.
  • •Lead BIM standards and workflows implementation, including automation tools, mentoring, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, requirements, and deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Engineering, Architectural Technology, Building Services, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling, coordination, and project delivery.
  • •Demonstrated BIM software experience, particularly Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks.
  • •Proven experience managing BIM teams and coordinating multidisciplinary project environments.
  • •Strong understanding of MEP systems design principles, coordination processes, and BIM workflows.
