Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess and identify patients' needs, collect pertinent data, and implement and monitor the patient's medical plan and treatment.
  • •Perform systematic patient assessment and re-assessment, analyze information, and determine nursing diagnoses, problems, and issues.
  • •Record vital signs, recognize/address/escalate abnormalities, and provide wound care and other nursing treatments.
  • •Administer medications and monitor side effects, including IV fluids or blood products, and assist with invasive or non-invasive procedures as needed.
  • •Support OPD comprehensive screening: obtain informed consent, educate patients/families, track follow-up results, and monitor KPI data per DOH guideline.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an appropriate license to work as a registered nurse with the relevant regulatory health authority.
  • •Manage your own professional re-licensure.
  • •Hold a valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.
  • •Communicate clearly and effectively in English (spoken and written).
  • •Use an electronic medical record platform for clinical documentation (organizational/admin skills).
