Job Summary

Drive category management for assigned Lifestyle (GFX & ACC) categories across Emerging Markets, supporting net sales and profitability. Execute seasonal go-to-market processes and common/exclusive range strategies, while collaborating with EM cluster/country stakeholders and global teams. Own system-related tasks (RMA article master data, ranging tools, and related systems), lead BU ranging activities, and support analysis and category tracking using dashboards and reports.

•Support Emerging Markets Senior Manager with range management tasks within EM Range Architecture parameters.

•Manage system and data tasks including Article Master Data maintenance in RMA and ranging tool upkeep.
•Lead BU ranging activities in RMA and support BU requirements such as sell-in tool creation and milestone coordination.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business or Marketing.
•Experience in Category Management / Ranging / Merchandising, or Account Marketing / Sales.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
•Fluency in English (verbal and written).
•Experience in category management and merchandising is a must; ability to make fact-based decisions and adhere to timelines.
