Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key operational processes, including investigating and root-causing inventory accuracy issues.
  • •Champion operational standards and use business performance data to support the sales floor.
  • •Support sell-through management by ensuring inventory count accuracy and coordinating labor hours for deliveries.
  • •Represent the business in meetings with the General Manager and help manage budget/reporting using store metrics.
  • •Lead the Operations team through accountability, continuous coaching and development, and ensure Flow experience deliverables with operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
