Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver the business audit plan for internal and external stakeholders, managing audit actions and monitoring corrective action close-out.
  • •Manage the Transmission Network Operations documentation library, leading document and policy reviews and updates.
  • •Establish, communicate, and continually improve IMS processes, including process flow mapping and associated documentation.
  • •Establish and maintain a risk management framework for managing risk within SP Energy Networks and report to senior management against H&S, Quality, and Environmental objectives.
  • •Coordinate non-conformities and corrective actions, acting as the single point for HSQE monthly statistical analysis and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Working knowledge of relevant ISO standards and strong influencing, consulting, and communication skills.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication plus planning and analytical abilities to anticipate challenges and implement practical solutions.
  • •Experience collaborating with contractors and ability to plan and deliver work programmes independently.
  • •Experience working within an Engineering or Construction-related environment and computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
  • •A current valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the SP Energy Networks Transmission licence area and occasionally further afield.
