Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Langfuse Cloud operations on AWS ECS Fargate and ClickHouse Cloud, including deployments, autoscaling, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
  • •Build and run end-to-end observability with Datadog, including dashboards, alerts, and SLOs.
  • •Own and evolve self-hosted infrastructure, including the Helm chart, Docker Compose setup, and deployment documentation.
  • •Automate infrastructure and delivery using CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and zero-downtime deployments.
  • •Help harden security and compliance as Langfuse is adopted by more enterprises.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 90,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience operating production workloads on AWS (ECS/Fargate, networking, IAM, S3) or comparable hyperscale infrastructure.
  • •Comfort with container orchestration, including Kubernetes and/or ECS, plus Helm charts and Docker.
  • •Experience with infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar.
  • •Strong monitoring and observability skills, including building dashboards/alerts (Datadog experience is a plus).
  • •Strong self-organization with opinions on reliability, automation, and safe infrastructure change delivery.
