Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Recovery Manager with management and performance of the Recovery Lab, ensuring professionalism, customer service, and financial performance.
  • •Deliver treatments with current knowledge and ensure compliance with legislation and company standards.
  • •Ensure client experience is proficient, including bookings and consultation cards.
  • •Manage customer feedback effectively to support continuous service and program improvement.
  • •Ensure the Recovery Lab is well maintained and ensure health, safety, and COSHH compliance, including responding to audits and following SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent in English written and spoken (other languages are an advantage).
  • •Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
  • •Minimum of 3 years relevant spa/beauty therapist experience.
  • •Good knowledge and practical experience of skin/skincare and body treatments.
  • •Experience working as a beauty therapist, with an interest in aesthetic and beauty treatments.
