Drive early-stage opportunities and long-term strategic growth for Honeywell Process Automation by identifying white-space within strategic accounts, shaping concepts, and engaging executives to influence multi-year deals. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, build business cases, and nurture ecosystem partners to convert opportunities into planned revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, shape, and develop early-stage opportunities within strategic accounts to influence multi-year growth.
•Translate customer challenges into Honeywell solution concepts across automation, digital, lifecycle, and services portfolios; build business cases and ROI analyses.
•Establish and maintain executive-level relationships within strategic accounts and position Honeywell as a transformation partner.
•Identify and engage ecosystem partners (EPCs, licensors) to strengthen opportunity positioning and differentiation.
•Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Digital, Services, Projects, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to ensure disciplined opportunity progression and governance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering (or equivalent).
•MBA or postgraduate management qualification preferred.
•15+ years in process automation, industrial markets, or adjacent industries.
