Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the Property Line of Business regional strategy and proactively support the development of the global LoB strategy
  • •Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients
  • •Ownership of large accounts and ultimate responsibility for accounts
  • •Manage and steer the local portfolio, creating pipelines, discussing plans, and carrying out portfolio analyses
  • •Proactively drive involvement of functional areas in Underwriting processes, including Distribution, ARC, Claims, Operations

Key Requirements

  • •Completed an appropriate level of education
  • •Ideally 7+ years or more relevant experience as an Underwriter, Broker or relevant equivalent in the Property insurance sector
  • •Entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills
  • •Ability to work in an international matrix organization
  • •Working knowledge of the English language
