Job Summary

Serve as a front-line commercial and risk partner in Global Procurement, handling pre-signature review, commercial assessment, and negotiation of Statements of Work (SOWs) for professional services. Manage demand intake, validate labor classification and SOW robustness, benchmark supplier commercials (including using an AI tool), and lead/co-lead SOW negotiations with suppliers. Partner with Legal, HR, IT, and Finance to ensure compliant, competitively priced contracting.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage intake of professional services requests through procurement triage and prioritize by risk, value, and urgency.
•Perform detailed pre-signature SOW reviews, including labour classification validation and assessment of scope, deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, commercial model, and risk allocation.
•Review and challenge supplier commercials by benchmarking fees/pricing structures and using the third-party AI tool to analyze labour classification and delivery risk.
•Lead or co-lead SOW negotiations with suppliers and provide pragmatic negotiation recommendations to business requestors.
•Ensure compliance with procurement policies and support development of standard SOW templates, playbooks, and negotiation guides.
