Key Responsibilities

  • •Rotate across multiple Customer Success (CS) and Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D) business units, completing at least three mandatory customer-facing rotations.
  • •Support activities across areas such as Sales, Presales, Customer Success (onboarding through renewal), Consulting & Delivery, and Partner Business Management.
  • •Lead at least one STAR Project to build project management, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Design and deliver onboarding experiences and bootcamp activities for new STARs.
  • •Contribute to STAR community engagement and outreach activities, including learning sessions and communications.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Be studying Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a General Business-related specialization.
  • •Have at least 18+ months remaining until you complete your studies.
  • •Be able to commit to at least one 6-month full-time placement during the program (credit-bearing internship, work-study attachment, or leave of absence).
  • •Willing and able to work 2–3 days per week during the semester and 5 days per week during study breaks.
  • •Have strong English communication skills and demonstrate problem-solving, resilience, proactivity, and a growth mindset.
