Maintenance Mechanic I

Maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment in Henderson, handling repairs, adjustments, and preventative maintenance. Perform equipment changeovers based on production demands, rebuild presses and support equipment, and maintain hand tools for condition and compliance. Read mechanical prints, apply knowledge of motors and controls, and use CMMS to document maintenance records. Work 2nd/3rd shifts (40–48 hours weekly plus overtime), collaborating with the maintenance team.
