Principal Package Management Spec

Manage high-value procurement and subcontract packages from “cradle to grave,” ensuring delivery on budget and schedule while meeting QHSES and project requirements. Identify risks and opportunities, maintain cost/commitment/change/forecast accuracy, and align with Project Controls. Lead stakeholder coordination across engineering, supply chain, construction, and commissioning, run key meetings, and enforce change management, documentation, and contract flow-downs.
