Review executed mortgage closing documents to ensure completeness and accuracy, verify funding conditions are satisfied, and coordinate timely, accurate disbursement of loan funds. Request and balance wire transfers, track funding activity in loan origination systems such as Encompass, and partner with internal teams, title companies, settlement agents, and other external parties to resolve issues. Follow mortgage funding policies, procedures, and compliance requirements while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
