•Lead the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary building projects across health, education, defence, transport, commercial, aviation, sports and data centres in Australia.
•Provide technical leadership and governance across electrical building services design while ensuring compliance with Australian codes and standards.
•Drive innovation and excellence by reviewing design calculations, specifications, models and documentation to ensure high-quality outcomes.
•Build and maintain trusted client relationships, supporting business development and securing a strong pipeline of projects.
•Strengthen AECOM’s Building Services capability across ANZ by contributing to local and national strategy and team development.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
•ideally 15+ years of consultancy experience delivering complex building services projects
•Chartership with Engineers Australia (CPEng) or eligible for state level registration (RPV)
•Extensive technical expertise with deep knowledge of Australian codes, standards and regulations
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to engage clients, contractors and senior project teams
