Key Responsibilities

  • •Support store sales, profitability, and operational goals by guiding hourly associates through day-to-day procedures.
  • •In conjunction with or in the absence of management staff, direct daily store operations to ensure excellent customer service and maximize sales.
  • •Conduct one-on-one or small-group training for sales associates on product knowledge, store activities, job duties, and policies.
  • •Maintain merchandising and store upkeep standards, including assisting with displays, product flow, and fill-in/process monitoring.
  • •Use POS to process sales transactions, handle customer complaints/returns, and communicate progress on store projects to management.

Key Requirements
