Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert remote and on-site technical support for Medium Voltage (MV) equipment across the ANZ service partner network.
  • •Lead troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of complex MV product faults, including escalations and field investigations.
  • •Prepare commissioning, testing, and maintenance documentation (MOP/work instructions/work packs) and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
  • •Develop and deliver training for internal Field Service Technicians (FSTs), Approved Service Providers (ASPs), and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience with Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear diagnostics, protection relay settings, and electrical measurements/data downloads from MV/LV smart devices.
  • •Strong technical understanding of medium voltage equipment and safety standards, including primary/secondary switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, and protection systems.
  • •Hands-on field service experience with commissioning, site testing, integrated testing, installation assessments, and supervision of subcontractors/technicians.
  • •Ability to interpret electrical schematics, SLDs, protection coordination documentation, and test reports.
  • •Strong electrical safety awareness and proficiency with diagnostic tools and electrical measurement equipment.
