Key Responsibilities

  • •Design bespoke BIM strategies and workflows by capturing client requirements and aligning documentation to contracts and appointments.
  • •Manage BIM methodology rollout across programmes and projects to ensure adoption by clients, design teams, and contractors.
  • •Provide technical assurance through structured model reviews, clash detection, and data analysis to mitigate risk and meet project requirements.
  • •Facilitate workshops and lead stakeholder engagement to communicate strategies and act as an ambassador for digital services.
  • •Support commercial activities by creating bid proposals and writing detailed reports, while contributing to internal documentation and quality processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3+ years in a BIM Manager role, preferably within consultancy environments and across project lifecycles.
  • •Deep working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 and the Information Management Initiative (IMI) Framework (UK BIM Framework) and related information management standards.
  • •Proficiency in 3D authoring tools such as Revit or ArchiCAD for interrogation.
  • •Expertise with clash detection and model checking tools including Solibri and Navisworks.
  • •Strong CDE platform experience (e.g., Forma (ACC), Asite, Viewpoint) and ability to analyse and validate model data, including COBie requirements.
