Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct accurate vehicle assessments and document cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisal analysis.
  • •Ensure correct optioning of vehicles during assessments and update inventory accordingly.
  • •Capture high-quality images of wholesale vehicles for CarMax websites and support wholesale auction preparation.
  • •Complete vehicle secures and confirmations by verifying appraisal details and resolving discrepancies.
  • •Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, lot merchandising, and onboarding new associates while following EH&S requirements.
