Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely for repairs while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee assigned team day-to-day activities; identify strengths/weaknesses and areas of opportunity to improve.
  • •Engage, coach, and develop team members; provide feedback and performance management; ensure adherence to expectations and goals.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory; lead decisions to repair or reject inventory based on estimated repair cost and overall vehicle quality.
  • •Train production associates using Quality Control standards to identify and complete repairs effectively the first time and minimize re-checks, re-work, and delays in production.
