Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver thought leadership on GenAI best practices for the Data Intelligence Platform through blogs, webinars, how-to guides, and technical know-how for the EMEA technical community.
  • •Partner with sales and field engineering leaders to drive GenAI adoption across EMEA.
  • •Influence product strategy and priorities by providing a strong, data-driven perspective to Product and Engineering teams about how customers should bring Databricks into their data strategies.
  • •Advise enterprise teams in large-scale GenAI competitive scenarios as a trusted technical advisor to senior tech leads and executives.
  • •Support key customers with challenging GenAI use cases, translating research innovations into production-grade AI applications.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience designing and delivering production-grade Generative AI and Deep Learning solutions in customer or enterprise environments.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and modern deep learning, including Transformer architectures and PyTorch.
  • •Hands-on experience with taking LLM post-training beyond fine-tuning (e.g., SFT plus reinforcement learning methods such as reward modeling and RLHF/RLAIF or policy optimization like PPO/GRPO).
  • •Ability to advise customers on GenAI and Deep Learning architectures and translate requirements into technical solutions while removing implementation blockers.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Apache Spark, cloud platforms, and Lakehouse architectures, with excellent communication skills and customer-facing/pre-sales experience highly desirable.
