Key Responsibilities

•Plan, execute, and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns across key channels and manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI and commercial outcomes.
•Monitor channel performance, identify trends, and continuously refine campaign strategies in partnership with media agencies.
•Collaborate with platform teams to enhance website performance and customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates through testing, optimisation, and smarter content delivery.
•Define and track KPIs such as conversion, acquisition cost, and customer value; analyse performance data to uncover insights and inform decision-making.
•Support local execution of regional product launches and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong product-market fit.
