Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Sales and Marketing Tools and the MonieCRM platform used by the sales network for day-to-day operations.
  • •Lead legacy modernisation and re-architecture efforts to improve reliability and performance at 20M+ user scale.
  • •Ensure financial correctness across commissions, wallets, payouts/cashouts, and related ledger-like domains.
  • •Build, develop, and manage large engineering teams (including managers and senior engineers) as an engineering organisation leader.
  • •Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to help commercial teams move faster with dependable tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years of overall software engineering experience, including at least 5 years leading engineering teams through growth phases.
  • •5+ years hands-on, production-level experience writing and shipping Java as a practising engineer.
  • •At least 5 years managing managers, leading an engineering organisation through other engineering leaders.
  • •Proven platform engineering experience building and running complex distributed systems at scale.
  • •Strong backend skills for high-throughput, data-intensive distributed systems, with proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
