Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and analyze monthly journal entries for operational purchase, sale, and processing/gathering transactions
  • •Coordinate plant and gathering system closes, including timely payments to producers
  • •Analyze plant L&U (lost & unaccounted for gas) for reasonableness
  • •Reconcile and manage third-party and intercompany natural gas liquids marketing activity
  • •Support audits (including SOX internal/external) and prepare required reports, reconciliations, taxes, and prior period adjustments

Key Requirements

  • •Accounting degree required and 3-5 years of accounting experience
  • •Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is helpful
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with multiple management levels
