Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team to achieve equipment performance, manufacturing excellence, cost competitiveness, and people development.
  • •Own equipment reliability and manufacturing readiness by tracking availability, OEE, MTBF/MTTR, and cost of ownership; drive TPM and preventive maintenance.
  • •Provide daily manufacturing equipment support, manage excursions and chronic issues, and optimize capacity and throughput performance.
  • •Drive quality and risk management, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, risk identification/mitigation, audits, and controlled process changes.
  • •Lead equipment projects and technology initiatives: installation/startup, technology transfers, new node qualifications, upgrades, and automation solutions; evaluate and improve uptime and address equipment-related issues.

Key Requirements

  • •People leadership experience with Equipment Engineers and Technicians, including recruiting, coaching, and developing a leadership pipeline.
  • •Semiconductor manufacturing experience with strong Equipment Engineering experience, including reliability and performance improvement.
  • •Experience driving equipment reliability initiatives such as TPM/equipment reliability and managing availability, OEE, MTBF, and MTTR metrics.
  • •Project management capability, including equipment installation/startup and technology transfer or equipment upgrade projects.
  • •Advanced problem-solving with statistical analysis skills and the ability to guide TM in using AI to meet company expectations.
