Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Dell and ODM factory quality metrics (FPY, EQM, MWD) within Global Operations Quality.
  • •Drive improvements to factory inspection processes in line with ISO and regulatory requirements.
  • •Lead investigations into customer quality issues and perform Closed-loop Corrective Actions (CLCA).
  • •Work with stakeholders across Product & Operations to foster a continuous-improvement culture.
  • •Lead tactical quality projects and provide direction to less experienced team members.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (preferably engineering: IT or Electronics) and/or quality management.
  • •Strong understanding of core manufacturing processes, engineering theory, and electronic/mechanical design.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
  • •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with project/problem management and organizational communication.
  • •Fluency in English and Polish, and proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
