Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform pre-coating operations (surface preparation and masking) based on instructions.
  • •Complete post-coating tasks including removing parts from fixtures, removing masking, troubleshooting, and diagnosing malfunctioning equipment.
  • •Perform minor repairs on coating equipment where applicable.
  • •Deburr, blend, polish, countersink, grind, drill, or grit blast aerospace engine component surfaces and details using hand and power tools.
  • •Check parts to meet visual and dimensional requirements using measuring equipment and support engineers with new/changed operations while referring difficulties to leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •0-1 years of related experience, or a completed degree/certificate from a post-secondary or vocational school in a related field with 0-1+ years related experience.
