Job Summary

Engage stakeholders and business users to analyze processes, define requirements, and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for an IT solutions portfolio. Lead and validate delivery activities, including integration testing support and key user training, while aligning solutions to business initiatives. Partner with domain architects, developers, and outside partners to ensure requirements are met and deliver end-user documentation and training materials.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage stakeholders and customers, providing functional expertise, oversight, and coordination across a portfolio of IT solutions.
•Conduct business process analyses and needs assessments, including preliminary cost/benefits analyses, to align IT solutions with business initiatives.
•Define and validate project requirements, milestones, phases, and elements, and ensure business and technical requirements are met during delivery.
•Translate business requirements into functional/technical specs with domain architects and developers, supporting system integration testing and key user training.
•Create and deliver end-user documentation and training materials; lead functional activities, initiatives, and projects when needed.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree with 4-6 years relevant experience, or a graduate degree with 3-4 years relevant experience.
•Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture, and analytical/problem-solving skills.
•Experience with business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analysis to align IT solutions with business initiatives.
•Ability to work with business users to define and analyze problems and propose suitable technical, application, or configuration solutions.
•Proficiency with SDLC and iterative Agile/Scrum development and requirements definition/management.
