Transportation Planning

Lead and manage complex transit and multimodal studies for regional and corridor-level planning efforts. Conduct transportation technical analyses, feasibility studies, and NEPA/CEQA environmental clearance with alternatives analysis. Perform traffic impact and multimodal assessments to support land use planning and economic development, recommending improvements to enhance transportation efficiency. Support neighborhood planning and public outreach to reduce congestion and pollution, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to present findings to stakeholders and elected officials.
