Job Summary

Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for Eyeline Studios Korea, partnering closely with studio leaders and HR peers to shape a cohesive employee experience across locations. Coach leaders to build high-performing teams, design and execute talent initiatives (compensation reviews, leadership development, org design), and lead employee relations matters. Integrate inclusion and diversity across people practices, ensure org data accuracy in Workday, and support onboarding and short-term hires.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary HR Business Partner and trusted advisor for Eyeline Studios Korea, bridging Netflix and Eyeline and partnering with regional HR and GBPs.
•Develop and coach leaders to build strong, high-performing teams and a healthy, scalable organization.
•Design and execute talent initiatives such as compensation reviews, leadership development, and org design to support organizational change.
•Lead employee relations matters by providing guidance to managers and employees and addressing concerns effectively.
•Ensure accuracy and integrity of org data in Workday and support onboarding/mobilizing short-term hires.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•8–12 years of HR experience partnering with managers and leaders across the full employee lifecycle in dynamic Korean-market environments.
•Solid understanding of Korean labor laws and regulations, balancing compliance with Netflix values and approach.
•Proven coaching and consulting skills to support talent development, organizational growth, and integrations.
•Strong business and HR acumen with demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and data-informed analysis.
•Excellent spoken and written Korean and English to influence stakeholders at all levels.
