Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary HR Business Partner and trusted advisor for Eyeline Studios Korea, bridging Netflix and Eyeline and partnering with regional HR and GBPs.
  • •Develop and coach leaders to build strong, high-performing teams and a healthy, scalable organization.
  • •Design and execute talent initiatives such as compensation reviews, leadership development, and org design to support organizational change.
  • •Lead employee relations matters by providing guidance to managers and employees and addressing concerns effectively.
  • •Ensure accuracy and integrity of org data in Workday and support onboarding/mobilizing short-term hires.
