Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives for the squad.
  • •Protect squad focus, manage unplanned work intake with the Product Owner, and maintain transparent delivery boards and metrics.
  • •Identify, remove, and escalate impediments; track blockers, dependencies, and risks in Jira; coordinate cross-team dependencies.
  • •Coach the squad on Scrum, Kanban, and agile engineering practices, help keep the backlog healthy, and drive continuous improvement actions to closure.
  • •Report squad health and delivery predictability to leadership and contribute to program-level DORA metrics; support release readiness and post-release retrospectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
  • •Good understanding of software delivery practices such as CI/CD, branching, and release processes.
  • •Familiarity with DORA metrics and delivery health indicators.
  • •6–8 years of experience facilitating agile delivery with Scrum or Kanban (CSM/PSM preferred).
