Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote, establish, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • •Understand, implement, and troubleshoot building network topologies, including BACnet, Cbus, Modbus, and LON.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance on centralized management system servers and stations (backups, cleaning, updates) and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • •Implement and maintain integrator systems in a cybersecurity environment; verify functional performance against contractual requirements.
  • •Manage client projects and/or delivery work (engineering, plan creation, programming, documentation, installation, subcontractor management, commissioning, testing, and client acceptance), including documentation maintenance, client training, and responding to emergency calls.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 ans d'expérience pratique dans la conception, l'implantation, la mise en service, le dépannage et la maintenance de systèmes d'automatisation des bâtiments (BAS) et d'applications/services connectés.
  • •1–3 ans d'expérience avec les technologies d'automatisation des bâtiments et les applications associées (CVAC/BMS, DVM/CCTV, sécurité des bâtiments, gestion de l'énergie, OBS).
  • •1–3 ans d'expérience en réseautique TCP/IP/UDP, incluant VLAN, segmentation, commutation/routage, DHCP/DNS, NAT, pare-feu, VPN/accès à distance, et ports/services réseau.
  • •1–3 ans d'expérience en dépannage de la connectivité à l'aide d'outils tels que ping, tracert/traceroute, ARP, nslookup, netstat, PowerShell, captures de paquets et Wireshark (ou équivalent).
  • •Diplôme collégial ou universitaire technique (ou expérience équivalente) et permis de conduire classe 5 valide requis en raison des déplacements.
