Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide customers in building scalable, well-managed solutions using Red Hat technologies and enabling recommended practices.
  • •Lead delivery of customer implementations, learning and adapting to new skills and technologies as needed.
  • •Continuously identify and solve enterprise-level issues, supporting complex customer environments with hands-on expertise.
  • •Collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders to set expectations for project timelines and scope of work.
  • •Travel weekly (Monday–Thursday) to client locations across North America to support engagements and delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering implementations based on an architectural design.
  • •Ability to lead technical projects, collaborate on timelines, and maintain project and technical documentation.
  • •Experience working with enterprise identity management technologies (e.g., Red Hat Identity Manager or Microsoft Active Directory).
  • •Hands-on experience with Linux system administration, preferably RHEL or a derivative, and using Red Hat Satellite to deploy and manage systems.
  • •Experience architecting and implementing security controls using Zero Trust frameworks and cloud/platform consulting engagements.
