  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic Enterprise Aviation customers, owning the customer interface from contract signature through onboarding and ongoing account management.
  • •Build relationships with executive stakeholders to identify requirements, manage expectations, and drive revenue realization.
  • •Collect, communicate, and champion customer feedback internally to influence programmatic and technical development.
  • •Deliver efficient customer service, acknowledging and resolving issues, while retaining and growing account value across hardware and service revenue.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or high school diploma/equivalency plus 8+ years of professional experience in business development, program management, sales, or account management.

  • •Significant knowledge or experience in commercial and/or business aviation, satellite communications, and program or account management.
