Build and maintain Conductor’s control and calibration stack for quantum hardware, from AI-driven calibration pipelines to low-level qubit pulse control. Develop Python data pipelines and machine learning models (including Bayesian optimization and reinforcement learning) for real-time qubit optimization. Own full-stack web applications and deploy ML to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Create the natural language interface that makes quantum computing usable by researchers and AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with quantum companies and research labs to identify needs and shape product features and roadmaps through demos and interactive applications.
•Develop Python pipelines to analyze device datasets and build ML models for real-time qubit optimization.
•Analyze quantum device data, build simulation models to replicate device behavior, and integrate with control electronics.
•Build and maintain full-stack web applications and backend services for data collection, labelling, and inference.
•Own the natural language interface that makes the platform accessible to both humans and AI agents.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 180,000 annually
