Senior Quantity Surveyor (QA)

Prepare and manage the full cost aspects of civil and building works, from project inception through final account. Support expenditure minimization and revenue maximization while maintaining strong employer/subcontractor relationships. Administer subcontractors, track progress with site and technical teams, manage site instructions and variation orders, and ensure timely submissions of payment applications, valuations, and related contractual documentation. Produce cash flow, budgets, and monthly cost reconciliations with accurate reporting and projections.
