Key Responsibilities

  • •Disassemble, inspect, disposition, and reassemble customer field returns of high-volume units per approved overhaul manuals and technical documents.
  • •Perform tasks according to FAA/EASA/CAAC approved procedures and maintain up-to-date knowledge of these requirements.
  • •Prepare concise, accurate documentation packages for every repaired or overhauled unit.
  • •Coordinate repair processing efficiently with internal departments and external customers/auditors as required.
  • •Participate in continuous improvement projects and support additional duties as directed (receiving/shipping, final test, pump testing, non-destructive testing).

Salary: USD 47,000 - 69,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum High School diploma/GED equivalent plus two (2) years of mechanical assembly experience and/or maintenance of mechanical devices such as pumps and motors, or trade school/certificate completion plus ten (10) years in mechanical assembly, machining, and/or maintenance of pumps and motors.
  • •Ability to perform work in accordance with component overhaul manuals and/or other approved technical documents.
  • •Effective communication skills to coordinate repair processing through the MRO facility with internal teams (quality, customer service, stock room) and external customers/auditors as required.
  • •Ability to complete and properly document required training/re-training for FAA recordkeeping.
  • •U.S. person eligibility for access to export-controlled information as defined by the posting.
