Job Summary

Manage international mobility compliance, overseeing legal, tax, and immigration matters to ensure assignments run smoothly and in line with requirements. Develop mobility processes, coordinate cross-region assignments (including EMEAL and NTT DATA entities), and provide feasibility and profitability support via cost estimates. Oversee business trips and workations with service providers, and monitor supplier services against service-level agreements while collaborating with stakeholders across cultures.

Key Responsibilities

•Comprehensively manage compliance services for international mobility, including legal, tax, and immigration-related matters.
•Develop mobility processes, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations in compliance with legal requirements.
•Coordinate assignments within EMEAL, NTT DATA Corporation (Japan), or other Opcos to and from NTT DATA DACH, including project assignments.
•Provide solutions for international assignments, including cost estimates and feasibility analyses to support profitability and risk assessment for DACH business units.
•Manage business trips and workations with a contracted service provider and monitor supplier services against service level agreements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
•Master’s degree in international taxation (preferred).
•Knowledge of labor law, tax law, social security law, and immigration issues.
•At least 5 years of relevant experience in international mobility, or experience with a Big Four firm as a service provider (preferred).
•Fluency in spoken and written German and English.
